We reviewed the By-Laws and voted to update them. They were almost 20 year old. They will be posted on the
            club website.

 

The Standing Rules will be approved by the board and then posted on the club website.

 

We need an Intermountain Interclub Representative.

 

Proxy voting: If a voting club member is not able to attend a meeting they can submit their vote through a 
            designated email.

 

Heidi talked about the club budget and how much was spent and earned at the Reach for the Peaks competition. We lost                  just under $5,000 so we will budget differently next year.

 

Reach for the Peaks has been reserved at the Rink for April 16-18, 2026.

We will be forming a Reach for the Peaks Committee (appointed positions). We would like all coaches to be represented in                the committee. If anyone is interested or would like to nominate someone, please let Alissa Eng (Club President)                    know.

 

We will no longer have club shows. Instead each coach will be reimbursed by the club $15 per student for ice time. The ice                time can be used however the coach wants (show, recital, party, clinic, etc.)

 

We will have 3 board positions available for next year (starts July 1, 2025). These board members will be floaters-                                  membership, co-membership, co-secretary, etc. Whatever is needed at the time.

 

A member is on the board for three years but their position can change within the board during those three years.
